Local SEO Deck is a mobile application developed by Thomas McLoughlin. The app helps business owners and marketers audit their Google Business Profile by swiping through expert-curated SEO tip cards.

2. Information We Collect
We collect no personal information whatsoever. Specifically, Local SEO Deck does not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact details
- Your location or GPS data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or behavioural data
- Crash reports or diagnostic logs sent to our servers
- Any information about your Google Business Profile
3. How Your Data Is Stored
All data generated by your use of Local SEO Deck — including your deck names, card progress, and SEO scores — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage using AsyncStorage.
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. It is not accessible to us or anyone else.
If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
4. Third-Party Services
Local SEO Deck does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:
- Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics
- Facebook SDK or any Meta services
- Crashlytics, Sentry, or any crash reporting tools
- Any advertising networks or ad SDKs
5. Children's Privacy
Local SEO Deck is intended for use by business owners and marketing professionals. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal data from any user, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting data from children.
6. Your Rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. All data is under your full control on your own device.
